• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

pkxbet reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if you fail to meet any of the above requirements. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

To access the full range of pkxbet services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by pkxbet for identity verification purposes.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) pkxbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pkxbet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and all associated balances and bonuses may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkxbet login credentials, including your username and password. Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pkxbet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the player in advance.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on pkxbet. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page and may vary by sport, event, and player account status.

Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, pkxbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. pkxbet's decision in such matters is final.

pkxbet offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any software, algorithm, or system on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkxbet staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your pkxbet account.

All content on the pkxbet Platform — including but not limited to the pkxbet name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the exclusive property of pkxbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pkxbet Platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pkxbet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pkxbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkxbet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

In no event shall pkxbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkxbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkxbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkxbet implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and pkxbet cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Termination by You: You may close your pkxbet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Termination by pkxbet: pkxbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. In such cases, pkxbet may withhold any balance pending investigation.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets on pkxbet.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising between you and pkxbet that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. pkxbet also operates under the oversight of PAGCOR, and certain disputes may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.

pkxbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkxbet will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the pkxbet Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
